Context:
As new learning and enablement assets were developed, the Executive Vice President of Global Solutions and Partners wanted to see them classified as one of four levels, with level one being awareness and level four being expertise. These levels needed to be defined and codified, and creators of training materials across the company needed guidance on using them properly.
Solution:
I took the EVP’s roughly defined learning levels and mapped them to two well-known learning taxonomies — Bloom and Fink. I provided learning verbs and examples for each level. This codified approach was implemented across the Knowledge and Learning and Education departments.
