Sales reps are required to complete a quarterly sales accreditation to ensure they stay up to date with product changes, messaging, and sales motions. Accreditation comprises videos, white papers, job aids, and product marketing references. Consumption of the content is mandatory, however, there was no mechanism in place to help reps with knowledge recall or applying their new knowledge to sales scenarios.


I built this gamified knowledge check prototype in Articulate Storyline so instructional designers could easily add custom narration and design questions that help sales reps take what they’ve just learned and apply it to sales scenarios.
